The Densified Interior Range (IS Grade 2) is a high-performance MDF panel range designed for a wide variety of interior applications. Its compact, densified core supports neat machining and smooth finishes, making it suitable for furniture, panelling, partitions, display units, and other interior elements in homes, offices, retail spaces, and institutions.
This range is available in both Plain MDF and Pre-laminated MDF options. Plain boards are ideal where custom veneers, laminates, or paints will be applied, while pre-laminated boards are factory-finished to save time on site and help achieve a consistent appearance.
The standard board size is 2440 mm x 1220 mm, with additional size variants offered on request as per project specifications. A wide selection of thicknesses is available to suit different structural and design needs, including:
1.50, 1.90, 2.10, 3.30, 4.00, 4.60, 5.50, 7.00, 7.30, 7.50, 9.75, 11.00, 14.50, 16.00, 16.50, 17.00, 18.00, 25.00, and 30.00 mm.
Both Plain and Pre-laminated boards are manufactured in alignment with relevant standards and specifications for IS Grade 2 interior panels, offering designers, carpenters, and contractors a reliable material choice for detailed and well-finished interior work.
Century DIR Pre - Laminated

DIR Pre-lam boards are produced by fusing decorative papers sourced from international collections onto plain boards. The papers are impregnated with melamine resin and then bonded using advanced high-pressure press technology. This method gives the surface a neat, attractive appearance while also adding an extra layer of surface protection for everyday interior use.
For the lamination process, specially formulated MF resins are applied evenly to both the decorative paper and the MDF base. Fully automated equipment then aligns the layers and presses them together under controlled heat and pressure, resulting in a firm, long-lasting bond that supports consistent quality across panels.
